Chocolatera Moctezuma is a company committed to complying with the safety system and objectives, as well as customer requirements and applicable standards through continuous improvement and the commitment of all staff; ensuring we efficiently communicate the above to all stakeholders 
  • Have a maximum of 4% of products out of specification (It is determined for safety criteria).
  • Have a maximum of 2% rejections of raw materials and packaging material for presenting safety deviations.
  • Have 96% attendance and understanding of the staff in the training workshops on topics related to the quality and safety system.

    This objective must be determined in the seminars taught in person.
